Globally recognized Swedish style brand H&M face d this concern with one of its children's put on advertisements in 2018. A Black youngster carrying a hoodie with the slogan "coolest monkey in the jungle" was featured within the advert. This instantly led to controversy, as "monkey" is usually used as slur against Black folks, and triggered many customers to boycott the model.
